방법 1 — 앱 내에서
로그인한 상태에서 계정 메뉴(👤 내 계정) → 계정 삭제(탈퇴)를 선택하고 확인하세요. 서버의 계정 정보와 동기화 데이터 삭제를 요청합니다. 로그아웃이나 기기 데이터 초기화만으로는 서버 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.
방법 2 — 이메일 요청
contact.kosak@gmail.com 으로 “계정 삭제 요청”과 함께 가입한 아이디 또는 사용한 소셜 로그인 제공자를 알려주세요. 계정을 찾고 본인을 확인하는 데 필요한 정보를 확인한 뒤 처리합니다. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요. 별도 푸시 구독·연동 정보의 삭제도 요청할 수 있습니다.

KOSAK works without login; an account is optional for cross-device sync and account management. Effective: October 20, 2026. To request deletion of your account and related data:
Option 1 — In app: While logged in, open Account menu (👤 My account) → Delete account and confirm. This requests deletion of the server account and synced data. Logging out or resetting device data alone does not delete the server account.
Option 2 — Email: Send your account ID or the social-login provider used, with the subject “Delete my account”, to contact.kosak@gmail.com. We will verify information needed to locate your account and confirm your identity. Do not send your password. You can also request help deleting separate push subscriptions and linked information.
Data deleted: account ID and stored account information, including email and name/nickname; encrypted sync data (watchlists, trade-journal transactions, amounts, notes, seed capital, paper trades, alerts and settings); nickname registration; and the current login session. Local records remain and can be removed separately through Settings → reset data.
Timing & retention: In-app account deletion processes server account/sync deletion after confirmation. Email requests are processed within 14 business days after identity verification. Separate push subscriptions, Telegram links and purchase records are not automatically removed by in-app account deletion; contact us for help. Cancel marketplace subscriptions separately through the relevant marketplace.
Existing login sessions for the deleted account cannot access the server, including from other devices. Remaining session identifiers expire within 60 days, our usage statistics within 90 days, and web-payment receipt records used to prevent duplicate processing within 400 days. Advertising/payment providers' records follow their policies. Without login, local watchlists, journals and settings can be deleted by resetting device data; see the Privacy Policy for server processing of ads, statistics and optional push notifications.
