· 모든 투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 이용자가 코싸크(KOSAK, 이하 “서비스”)를 이용함에 있어 서비스와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항, 이용 조건과 절차 등 기본적인 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
서비스는 다음 기능을 제공합니다.
- 암호화폐(업비트·바이낸스 등) 및 국내·미국 주식의 실시간 시세·차트 조회
- 이동평균·RSI·MACD 등 기술적 지표와 이를 종합한 전망점수(−100~+100) 표시
- 과거 데이터 기반 자가검증 적중률, 관련 뉴스, 종목 정보, 모의투자, 투자 학습 콘텐츠
서비스의 모든 정보는 공개된 외부 API와 기술적 분석에 기반한 참고 자료이며, 특정 종목의 매수·매도를 권유하는 것이 아닙니다.
제3조 (투자 위험 고지 및 면책)
- 서비스가 제공하는 예측·시그널·전망점수·적중률은 미래 가격이나 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 단기 가격 방향 예측의 적중률은 일반적으로 50% 안팎(동전던지기 수준)으로, 서비스는 이 한계를 숨기지 않고 표시합니다.
- 암호화폐·주식 투자에는 원금 전액 손실을 포함한 높은 위험이 따릅니다.
- 시세·지표·뉴스 등은 외부 무료 API에서 조회되어 지연·오류·누락이 있을 수 있으며, 서비스는 그 정확성·완전성·적시성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 서비스의 정보를 근거로 한 이용자의 투자 판단 및 그 결과(손익)에 대해 서비스 운영자는 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다.
- 서비스는 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」상 투자자문업·투자일임업 서비스가 아닙니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
- 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 불법·부정한 목적으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 서비스를 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링)하거나, 자동화 수단으로 과도한 부하를 유발하거나, 외부 데이터 출처에 부당한 부담을 주는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
제5조 (지적재산권)
서비스의 디자인·코드·콘텐츠(투자 학습 글 등)에 대한 지적재산권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 시세·뉴스 등 외부 출처의 데이터에 대한 권리는 각 제공자에게 있으며, 서비스는 이를 조회·표시할 뿐입니다.
제6조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스가 의존하는 외부 무료 API의 정책 변경·장애로 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (책임의 제한)
서비스는 “있는 그대로(as is)” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 천재지변, 외부 API 장애, 데이터 지연·오류, 이용자의 기기·통신 환경 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 무료로 제공되는 정보 서비스의 특성상, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 직간접적 손실에 대한 운영자의 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 면제됩니다.
제8조 (계정 및 유료 기능)
계정 가입·로그인은 선택이며, 기기 간 ‘내 설정’ 동기화를 위해서만 사용됩니다(개인정보처리방침 참조). 향후 유료 기능이 제공되는 경우, 결제·환불 등 세부 조건은 별도로 고지합니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁에 대해서는 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the basic matters, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and the user, as well as the conditions and procedures of use, when a user uses KOSAK (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
The Service provides the following features:
- Real-time price and chart lookups for cryptocurrencies (Upbit, Binance, etc.) and Korean and U.S. stocks.
- Technical indicators such as moving averages, RSI, and MACD, and a composite outlook score (−100 to +100) based on them.
- Self-verified hit rates based on historical data, related news, security information, simulated (paper) trading, and investment-learning content.
All information in the Service is reference material based on publicly available external APIs and technical analysis, and does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any particular security.
Article 3 (Investment Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer)
- The predictions, signals, outlook scores, and hit rates provided by the Service do not guarantee future prices or returns. The hit rate for short-term price-direction predictions is generally around 50% (coin-flip level), and the Service displays this limitation openly rather than hiding it.
- Cryptocurrency and stock investing carries high risk, including the total loss of principal.
- Prices, indicators, news, and the like are retrieved from free external APIs and may be subject to delay, error, or omission; the Service does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- The Service operator bears no legal liability whatsoever for the user's investment decisions made on the basis of the Service's information or for the outcomes (profits or losses) thereof.
- The Service is not an investment advisory or discretionary investment management service under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
- The user must comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and must not use the Service to infringe the rights of others or for any unlawful or improper purpose.
- The user must not reverse-engineer the Service, cause excessive load through automated means, or place an undue burden on external data sources.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights in the Service's design, code, and content (such as investment-learning articles) belong to the operator. Rights to data from external sources, such as prices and news, belong to the respective providers; the Service merely retrieves and displays such data.
Article 6 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)
The operator may modify the content of the Service or suspend all or part of the Service as required for operational or technical reasons. Some features may be restricted due to policy changes or outages of the free external APIs on which the Service relies.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided “as is.” The operator is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, external API outages, data delays or errors, or the user's device or communication environment. Given the nature of a freely provided information service, the operator's liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Service is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 8 (Accounts and Paid Features)
Signing up for and logging into an account is optional and is used only to sync your “My Settings” across devices (see the Privacy Policy). If paid features are offered in the future, detailed terms such as payment and refunds will be announced separately.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the Service shall follow the procedures prescribed by applicable law.
